“Don Quixote de la Mancha”
While looking down on the city of Toledo, I forgot we were here. The city is about an hour away from Madrid, you can take a bus or the Renfe (I wouldn’t mind living here for this reason).
The prominent structure on the upper right side of the picture is the Alcázar de Toledo. It was once used as the Roman palace during the 3rd century, restored under Alonso VI and X and renovated in 1535. It also played a very important role during the Spanish Civil War.
